Chef Jamie Dennison is a Salida native with over twenty years of culinary experience. He trained and worked in kitchens across Italy, learning traditional pasta-making from chefs who taught him precision, patience, and respect for simple ingredients.
After years abroad, he returned home to Colorado to bring those skills back to the community he grew up in. Today, Jamie applies the same craftsmanship to every batch of ravioli we make—handmade, small-batch, and rooted in the techniques he honed overseas.
